Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use gtminstitute.net and when you enroll in a GTMI course. GTMI — GTM Institute by GroHub is operated by GroHub, Cairo, Egypt. By enrolling, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Courses

GTMI courses are recorded, self-paced online courses taught in Arabic, with English terminology, slides, and templates. Each course page describes what the course covers, its length, and its instructor. We may improve course content over time; we will not remove the core topics a course page promised when you enrolled.

2. Enrollment and payment

• Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) on each course page and are paid once per course.
• You pay by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Your enrollment is confirmed, and your access activated, once we have verified your payment.
• Prices can change, but a change never affects a course you have already paid for.

3. Your access

• Lifetime access: you keep access to the recorded course you enrolled in for as long as GTMI operates its learner portal. If we ever retire a course, we will tell enrolled learners in advance.
• Live Q&A: you can join the weekly live online Q&A for 3 months after you enroll. Session times may occasionally change; every session is recorded.
• Your account is personal: do not share your login. Companies enrolling several people buy one enrollment per person, or arrange a team agreement with us.

4. Using course materials

The videos, slides, templates, and other materials belong to GTMI and its instructors. You may use them, and the templates, in your own work and inside your own company. You may not copy, record, share, resell, or publish the course content, or use it to run your own training, without our written permission.

5. Certificates

When you complete a course, you receive a GTMI certificate of completion. Certificates recognize completion of a GTMI course; they are not academic degrees or externally accredited qualifications. An assessed GTMI credential, earned by passing a course assessment, will be added once assessments launch.

6. Refunds

If you're not satisfied after completing the first module, we'll refund you in full. After that, refund requests are reviewed case by case. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.

7. No guaranteed results

Our courses teach practical frameworks and skills from experienced practitioners. Results depend on how you apply them and on your market, so we cannot guarantee any specific business, revenue, or career outcome.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, GTMI's total liability to you for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Suspending access

We may suspend an account that shares its login, redistributes course content, or abuses the live sessions, after first contacting you where possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
