Privacy Policy

GTMI — GTM Institute by GroHub ("GTMI", "we") is operated by GroHub, Cairo, Egypt. This policy explains what personal information we collect through gtminstitute.net and the GTMI learner portal, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Waitlist and launch list: your email, and optionally your first name and the courses you are interested in.
• Contact and team inquiries: your name, email, company, role, team size, and your message.
• Instructor applications: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, job title, company, LinkedIn profile, experience, course idea, and any sample link you share.
• Enrollment: your name, email, phone number, the course you buy, and the payment confirmation details we need to match your InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfer (for example the transfer reference). We never ask for your card details, wallet PIN, or one-time passwords.
• Learning: when you use the learner portal, your progress, completions, and certificates.

Information collected automatically

• Anonymous usage counts: we count events such as page views, searches, and button clicks to improve the site. These counts contain no name, email, IP address, or cookie.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookie-free, aggregated statistics about visits, such as pages viewed, country, and device type.
• Security: our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. To limit spam we keep a one-way, salted fingerprint of it for a short time; we cannot turn that fingerprint back into your IP address.

How we use your information

• To give you access to the courses you buy, run the live sessions, and issue certificates.
• To confirm payments, process refunds, and keep the records we are legally required to keep.
• To answer your messages, team inquiries, and instructor applications.
• To tell you when enrollment opens for the courses you asked about.
• To send occasional GTMI news, but only if you ticked the box to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with instructors or anyone else for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, under our instructions:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, database, security, analytics, and email forwarding.
• GoHighLevel — the learner portal, course delivery, and learner emails.

InstaPay and Vodafone Cash payments are made through your own bank or wallet, under their terms. Some of our providers process data outside Egypt; we only use providers that protect it appropriately. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist sign-ups and inquiries: until we have dealt with them, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you.
• Instructor applications: up to 24 months, so we can contact you about future courses, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.
• Learner accounts, progress, and certificates: for as long as you have access to a course, so we can confirm certificates you have earned.
• Payment and refund records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose, and you can withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time. Email hello@gtminstitute.net and we will respond within 30 days. We handle personal information in line with applicable data protection law, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, staff accounts are protected by strong passwords and short sessions, and access to learner information is limited to the people who need it.

Children

GTMI courses are for professionals and are not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also tell enrolled learners by email.
